Stopped by on my way to Dallas. I had heard that Texas did BBQ right, and I was not disappointed! I enjoyed the Ribs and Brisket totally. Was only sorry that on my was back to Louisiana I missed the Rt.42 exit, and had to watch Bodacius pass through my rear view window. But you can bet I'll not miss it next time I pass through.
