This is a yearly contract that binds Let's Eat Fresh as your legal commissary for the state, which is required for all food trucks and hot dog carts. You will have access to the outside of the premesis 24/7 and access to the inside if needed by appointment.
Yearly invoice includes one year certification, waste disposal, grease disposal, potable water, dumpster access, and food deliveries per month. Dry/cold rental storage available at additional charge.

To become a new member in the kitchen there are a few steps to get started. There is an initial investment deposit of $1,000. This includes your paperwork for applying for your state license, your yearly renweal fee to stay contracted with the kitchen, and your first months kitchen rent. You will recieve 40% of this investment back at the end of the full year if you cook every month for that year and are never late on a payment. The renewal fee is $400 per year.

Reserve your cook time in the kitchen! $15 per hour and a miminum of 10 hours per month. Any business cooking over 40 hours per month will recieve a 15% discount. Cold/Dry storage available at additional cost.

We have a 4 hour minimum charge for hourly employees and require a 24-hour notice to cancel an assignment. Clients are not able to drive, handle cash, operate machinery which is not relevant to the job, no work over water, and no climbing heights over 6'.

This is an exclusive offer aside from the kitchen. We currently have 2 private rental rooms in our facility. The price is per month and includes 24/7 access and prep work in the room. You may have any type of unit the room will fit for example-A chest freezer, 2 or 3 refrigerators, storage racks, shelving, tables etc. Anything that will fit in the room is included in the price and you get 15 free hours of kitchen time! All hours after that are $15 per hour. All additional refrigeration storage or dry storage outside the room is also additional cost per month. This room is on a month to month rental and must be paid in full at the beginning of each month.
