Mueller’s Bistro & Bakery has deep roots in Hot Springs, originally founded by Wally Mueller and his parents, Frank and Suzie Mueller, who brought their tradition of authentic, handmade German breads and pastries to the community in the 1980s. Their commitment to craftsmanship and quality helped shape the bakery into a local favorite known for its warm hospitality and from-scratch baking.
In September 2025, this cherished Hot Springs staple began an exciting new chapter under the ownership of Saddiq and Jeannie Mir, along with partner Destinie Rowland. Dedicated to honoring the Mueller family legacy, the new team continues to serve the beloved classics while introducing fresh ideas, elevated offerings, and a renewed passion for community.
Today, Mueller’s blends tradition with innovation—offering everything from beloved classics to a growing selection of gluten-free baked goods. We now offer daily limited quantities freshly baked Breads, European danishes, croissants, and muffins, all crafted with the quality and care our guests expect.
