Rico’s Kitchen and Cantina is a new restaurant in Longview, Texas, focusing on Mexican and Tex-Mex food. Started by longtime friends and neighbors, Rico’s hopes to bring a family-friendly atmosphere to the space. The restaurant has an outdoor patio that feature East Texas bands on the weekends, a 43-foot-long bar, and multiple 50 to 60-inch televisions.
