The Stresa Story
Stresa Italian Restaurant is named for a small town on the shores of Lake Maggiore in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, about 90 kilometres (56 mi) northwest of Milan, where its founder, Claudio Trevisan, grew up. He has brought the homemade flavors of his town to our beautiful Palm Beach County.
Because of the location near Switzerland and France, the cooking of the area is somewhat influenced by those two classic cuisines - with a touch of his own. Some of the dishes will be familiar to you, some will be new but they are all prepared with care and pride.
