Emigrant’s Inn offers eight beautifully appointed suites and two cozy cottages, each designed to provide a peaceful retreat in the heart of Texas Hill Country. We're proud to be the closest lodging to Fredericksburg’s historic Main Street—located right at the corner of Washington and Main—just a short stroll from the Admiral Nimitz Museum and directly across from the beloved Twisted Sister’s Bakery. Our spaces are thoughtfully curated to be a sanctuary from everyday life, combining simple comforts with timeless charm. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or celebrate, we hope you’ll feel right at home in our tranquil hideaway.

You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. If anything is missing—or you’re just looking for a local recommendation—don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help.
Each stay includes access to our private, paved parking lot. Please be sure to display the provided parking pass on your dashboard. Just a friendly reminder: the adjacent gravel lot belongs to another business and vehicles parked there may be towed. If you're expecting visitors, just give us a quick heads up so we can help make arrangements. You’ll also find these reminders in your welcome book and check-in instructions—plus, we’ll kindly remind you in person if needed!
Construction is possible at any time on Main Street, and our Emigrant Boutique Hotel is newly opened. While crews are mindful of guest comfort and working hours, let us know if you’d prefer a room on the opposite side of the building—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Lastly, a note about our cozy fireplaces: they’re decorative only and do not function as heat sources.

Each suite accommodates up to two guests and includes a private bathroom, thoughtful furnishings, and curated details that reflect the charm of the region.
For more space and added amenities, our two beautiful cottages provide a home-away-from-home experience. Elizabeth’s Haus is a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with a full kitchen, inviting living area, and private patio—perfect for families or small groups. Peggy’s Place offers a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath layout with charming indoor and outdoor seating, ideal for a couple’s getaway or solo escape. Whether you’re seeking a romantic weekend, a family trip, or a solo retreat, Emigrant’s Inn has the perfect space to make your stay memorable.

No. 1 – Washington Street Suite
This ground-floor retreat is soaked in natural light thanks to grand French doors that open to your own private patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed, a sleek kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower. With plenty of counter space and elegant touches throughout, this suite is all about easy, elevated comfort.
No. 2 – Love Nest Suite
Cozy, romantic, and ultra-convenient, this suite is located downstairs with accessible entry from the parking lot. It’s also just steps from the ice machine—because hey, the little things matter. The space is adorned with thoughtful details that turn it into a true hideaway: a king bed, bistro table, television, and a charming kitchenette. The bathroom is fully handicap accessible and includes a large soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a day on Main Street.
No. 3 – Fairytale Suite
Step into your own storybook setting with this whimsical upstairs suite. A small balcony overlooks Washington Street, inviting you to channel your inner Rapunzel—or simply people-watch with a glass of wine. The suite features a romantic king bed, bistro seating, and a bright kitchenette. A spacious foyer adds extra room to spread out, while the bathroom boasts both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
No. 4 – Romance Abounds Suite
Tucked away upstairs with views over the patio lounge and private parking area, this serene suite is ideal for couples who want a little privacy while still being close to the action. French doors open to a quaint balcony, and inside you’ll find a king bed, bistro table, and a bathroom that makes a serious statement—with a huge walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub that just begs for bubbles.
No. 5 – Zealous Traveler Suite
This airy, open-concept suite is made for guests who like to hit the ground running. Spacious and welcoming, it features a king bed, a shared kitchenette, and a bistro dining nook. The oversized bathroom has a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub built for two—perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a day of wine tasting or hiking at Enchanted Rock.
No. 6 – Snow White Suite
This second-story suite has a nostalgic, fairy-tale feel with its soft, vintage-inspired colors, a grand four-poster bed, and a large armoire that feels straight out of a storybook. The ensuite bathroom is every bit as dreamy, featuring his-and-hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The view from this room overlooks our soon-to-open Emigrant Boutique Hotel, adding a touch of anticipation to your stay.
No. 7 – Lucky Lover’s Suite
Honeymooners love this upstairs suite for its soft palette, romantic feel, and charming balcony with rocking chairs overlooking Washington Street. Inside, a colorful bedroom, full private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and cozy kitchenette make it easy to settle in and celebrate love—or just relax in total comfort.
No. 8 – Te Amo Suite
A true sanctuary tucked upstairs, the Te Amo Suite lives up to its name with calming decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. You’ll find a plush king bed, a massive bathroom with both a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and plenty of counter space to spread out and settle in. It’s a peaceful place to press pause and enjoy the slower pace of Hill Country life.

Elizabeth’s Haus
A sweet and stylish cottage on the corner of Washington and San Antonio, Elizabeth’s Haus is the perfect home base for exploring Fredericksburg. With two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), a full kitchen, cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a walk-in shower and soaking tub, this spot is ideal for couples or small groups. Just steps from shops, restaurants, and shuttle stops—you can walk to everything! Guests rave: “So adorable!” and “Better than expected!”
Peggy’s Place
Tucked just off Main Street, Peggy’s Place is a romantic retreat made for two. This charming one-bedroom bungalow features a king bed, a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and beautiful vintage touches throughout. Enjoy morning coffee on your private patio, or open the French doors to let in the Texas sunshine. Cozy, quiet, and perfectly located for dining and exploring downtown Fredericksburg.
