Lucky Robot was founded with a simple idea: bring people together over incredible food, genuine hospitality, and meaningful experiences. Located on South Congress in the heart of Austin, we've created a restaurant where Japanese tradition and Latin American influence come together in a fun, welcoming atmosphere that feels uniquely Austin.

From the beginning, our goal has been to offer something different. Inspired by Modern Nikkei cuisine, our menu combines the craftsmanship of Japanese cooking with the vibrant flavors of Peru and Latin America. Whether you're enjoying our signature dry-aged sushi, a comforting bowl of ramen, fresh seafood, or one of our creative specialty rolls, every dish is made with care and designed to be shared with family, friends, and loved ones.

Our commitment extends beyond the food we serve. Lucky Robot is proud to be Texas's first sustainable sushi restaurant and has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation's Smart Catch Program for our dedication to responsible sourcing. We carefully select sustainable seafood and partner with local farms and ranches that share our values of environmental stewardship, regenerative practices, and quality ingredients.
