Marengo is serving up Spanish and French cuisine with a unique twist!
Owned by Chef Eloise Garcia, the restaurant is named after a French commander's horse, and one of his favorite post-victory meals, veal marengo. Chef Garcia has spent her career working in Spanish and French restaurants, and Marengo is an opportunity for her to showcase her passions and background. Along with her expert team, she aims to bring a taste of their European homes to Tryon.
